Dancers from the QE2 Kiss the Fish in the Equator crossing ceremony

This Hibiscus in Apia, Upolo, Samoa was about eight inches in diameter.

Samoan Dancer on the ms Prinsendam

This chocolate box was handmade by the chefs on the ship. It held 5 handmade truffles. The amazing thing was that the box was as good as the contents.

Of course this is St. Valentine's Day. That's Craig of the cruise staff as Cupid. I told him I was sorry that he had to wear that outfit and he told me that he has been looking forward to it for a week and it was his own design. Yikes!!

Flower on the sheep farm in Auckland, New Zealand. This bee was very busy.

Opera House, Sydney, Australia

Granite Arch, Torndirrup National Park, Albany, Australia. The Arch is about 20 feet above the level of the ocean. When this picture was taken a large wave was breaking under it.

This whimsical sliding board is on the grounds of Whale World, a historical site recounting Australia's whaling era. Albany, Australia

Typical Aussie Humour. The bird sitting on the top of the patio cover watched the tables below. As soon as someone would leave the table he would swoop down for a snack. Albany, Australis

This Balinese woodcarver is working on a giant lobster. On both sides of him you can see the intricate works they carve. Problem is that the really good works are always very large.

This woven crown was made by the Dayak tribe in Brunei. Formerly headhunters they still live in traditional longhouses.

Here's Eric and Evelyn with Diana on Sultan of Brunei Night aboard the ms Prinsendam.

This small, pearl covered acolyte is facing the largest female Taoist god I showed you in the journal. It’s in the Repulse Bay Taoist Garden.

Hong Kong Fish Market, Some Crustaceans and the only member of the Merostomata Class, a Horseshoe Crab.

Diana couldn't resist this 'Rodney' picture in the Central area of Hong Kong. Admiral George Rodney was one of the most illustrious naval heroes in British history. See http://www.royal-navy.mod.uk/server/show/nav.3876 Of course, everyone knows about my other namesake, Admiral Horatio Lord Viscount Nelson. http://www.royal-navy.mod.uk/server/show/nav.3878

Diana with the Lion Head from the dance troup at Lo Wai Village outside Hong Kong in the New Territories

This is the first picture taken with my new Nikon 5400 purchased in Hong Kong. My Nikon 4500 broke a few days before arriving here. When I saw the color and detail on this photo, taken without a flash, I was sold. I tried several more expensive, higher megapixel cameras under the same conditions and the pictures were not nearly of this quality. The guy between Diana and me is the shop owner.

This fruit stand was among the flower stalls in the Pak-Klong-Talad flower market in Bangkok, Thailand
